You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bji365 platform. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bji365 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of bji365 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bji365 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in every location. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and may result in account closure.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bji365. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bji365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify bji365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bji365 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. bji365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where requested by a relevant authority. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds not yet converted to real money in accordance with applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bji365 account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. bji365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bji365 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Any such deposits will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours subject to KYC verification status and internal review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.
• bji365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or prevent payment.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bji365 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and bji365 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

All bets placed on bji365 are final once confirmed. bji365 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors, manifest errors in odds or pricing, evidence of fraudulent activity, or force majeure events. In the event of a void, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

bji365 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. bji365 may suspend markets or limit bet sizes at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.

All casino games available on bji365 — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, and crash games — are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are independently audited for fairness. bji365 is not responsible for malfunctions or errors within third-party game software; in such cases, the game provider's rules will apply.

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during an active game or bet, bji365 will attempt to resolve the session in accordance with the game provider's recovery rules. bji365 is not liable for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before engaging in real-money gameplay.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

bji365 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion between players to share bonuses, and use of automated betting software. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended, their bonus balance forfeited, and any winnings generated through abusive play voided.

bji365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in-progress, except where evidence of abuse is identified. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or the T20 World Cup will carry their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Money Laundering: Using bji365 as a vehicle to launder, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, live table games, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unintended advantage in any game.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.

• Threats & Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards bji365 staff or other players via any communication channel.

bji365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. bji365 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bji365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the bji365 platform, even if bji365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Games and certain other content on bji365 are provided by third-party studios and technology providers. bji365 is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or data loss within third-party game software. Any disputes relating specifically to a game outcome should be directed to bji365 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant game provider on your behalf.

bji365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact email address on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bji365 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bji365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely achieves the intent of the original.
